Build an AI assistant you understand, operate, and own.
AI Builders helps nonprofit staff, businesses and corporate teams, and workforce participants turn tools such as Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI, Apple Intelligence, and ChatGPT into governed assistants built around real personal and workplace outcomes.
Terminology may change, but the goal remains practical: learn to build, test, operate, and own an assistant you understand.

A short introduction to choosing one goal, building with boundaries, and retaining ownership. The first nonprofit staff cohort is a planned pilot, not a completed result.

AI should help you move forward without taking ownership away. Cindicus AI Builders starts with one meaningful goal. Learn the tools. Build an assistant with clear instructions and limits. Test it with fictional examples before using sensitive information. Document how it works, what it can use, and when a person must approve. The pathway moves from access to operating and owning your work. Qualified builders may later mentor others. Our first nonprofit staff cohort is a planned pilot—not a finished success story. What you’ll work toward
Express interest
Start with minimum information. Cindicus will review fit, capacity, safeguards, responsibilities, and the smallest credible next step before proposing anything.
More than an AI-product tutorial
Participants do more than learn prompts. They define an outcome, design an assistant, test it safely, build one repeatable workflow, and leave with an Assistant Passport and independence plan.
The model is not the assistant
Choose the ecosystem that fits the work
Participants learn common foundations, choose one primary environment, and test portability with a second tool. Platform features, policies, subscriptions, and organizational approvals vary.
Founding program · Eight weeks
Six-Person Nonprofit Staff Pilot
Six staff members identify one recurring workplace challenge and build one governed assistant around it. Practice begins with invented information. Organizational information is introduced only after scope, authority, and safeguards are approved.
What we have already built
The founding cohort is the next proof stage—not the first piece of work. Cindicus has working infrastructure and bounded demonstrations across several assistant patterns.
Honest program state
The nonprofit staff pilot is the first controlled proof cohort—not the limit of who Cindicus can serve. Cindicus can also work with businesses and corporate teams on governed assistants and bounded operational workflows. The program infrastructure and assistant patterns have been built and tested; Cindicus does not claim organization-wide productivity gains, employment outcomes, or financial return before an authorized pilot establishes evidence.
What safe and responsible participation looks like
Each person uses a named account and a separate learning space. Practice starts with invented information instead of private records. People approve important actions, measure results, can export their work, and have a path toward tools or accounts they control. Participation never requires recruiting others, purchasing equipment, or providing a testimonial.
