Dependable help. Visible risk. Clear ownership.

Tech Support & Cybersecurity

Keep your people working, protect their accounts and devices, and know which technology risks need attention. Start with an assessment before committing to ongoing coverage.

Request a Technology & Security Baseline →
One clear first step

Get a baseline before choosing coverage.

Tell us what is interrupting work or causing concern. A human reviews the request, then discusses users, devices, accounts, backups, and the most useful next decision. No account access or recurring service starts with this form.

Tell us what needs to work better.

This request asks only for enough to arrange a baseline discussion. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private logs, sensitive records, or detailed incident evidence through a public form.

Inquiry only: A request does not create a contract, schedule service, or authorize access to your systems.

Technology & Security Baseline request

Availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed after human review.

A practical starting point

Start with what is actually there.

Designed for businesses, nonprofits, churches, ministries, and community organizations. Availability and fit are confirmed through human review.

01 · ONE-TIME

Technology & Security Baseline

Review key users, devices, accounts, vendors, backup and recovery paths, support needs, and known risks. Deliver a prioritized action plan with owners and decisions.

An assessment is not a certification or assurance that every threat has been found.

02 · MONTHLY, IF AGREED

Managed Tech Support & Security Care

A named support path, documented tickets, routine maintenance, security checks, and a plain-language service report. Coverage and targets are agreed in writing.

  • Account and MFA review
  • Patch and endpoint protection status
  • Backup review and scheduled restore test
  • Open risks, owners, and next decisions
03 · SEPARATE AUTHORIZATION

Projects & Incident Response

Migrations, network rebuilds, major recovery, and serious security investigations receive their own scope and approval. Suspected compromise calls for evidence preservation and appropriate escalation—not ordinary help-desk cleanup.

How we work

Support with accountability.

Verify the requester and business impact, document the ticket, obtain approval for consequential changes, test the actual work people need to do, and record unresolved risk. Use named, client-controlled accounts and secure credential custody—never shared passwords in ordinary tickets.

What is not assumed

Clear coverage, no surprise obligations.

No 24/7 monitoring or response is implied. The agreement defines covered users, devices and sites, support hours, response targets, remote and onsite work, after-hours handling, exclusions, and separate third-party licenses or services. Projects and overage require approval before work proceeds.

Security boundary: Authorized, defensive work only. A review can reduce identified risk; it cannot guarantee prevention, detection, recovery, or compliance. Significant incidents may require specialist forensic, legal, insurer, or regulatory coordination.
